DUCATI STUDIO BOOKING

Privacy policy

Effective September 27, 2026

This policy describes how Ducati Recording Studio’s website and Ducati Studio Booking calendar integration handle information used to arrange recording sessions.

Booking and payment information

When you book, we process your selected date, start time, session length, email address, booking reference, and deposit amount. Stripe collects payment information and any name, phone number, or recording details requested during checkout. The website receives payment status and booking-related details from Stripe to process your reservation. Card payments are handled by Stripe; our booking code does not receive or store your full card number.

Google Calendar access

The studio owner authorizes access to the studio calendar. Customers do not need to connect their Google accounts. We read the studio’s calendar feed to calculate busy times; the public availability response contains start and end times, not event titles, descriptions, or attendee details.

When automatic confirmations are connected, the integration checks availability and creates a booking event after a verified deposit payment. It uses the customer’s name and email, session times, booking reference, and payment summary to create the event and ask Google to send an invitation. It also checks for an existing booking event to avoid duplicate invitations. Calendar permissions allow viewing and editing events, but the integration uses them for studio booking operations.

Information received through Google APIs is used for booking and calendar functionality. We do not use that information for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized AI models. Our use and transfer of Google API information will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and sharing

Stripe processes payments. Google Calendar stores booking events and sends invitations to the email address supplied at checkout. The website’s hosting services process requests and operational logs to run and protect the site. Booking information is available to studio personnel who manage sessions and to these providers as needed to deliver their services. Calendar event visibility also depends on the studio calendar’s sharing settings.

The website includes music videos and links to external services such as YouTube and Instagram. Using embedded content or following an external link may allow that service to receive technical information, such as your IP address, and use cookies under its own privacy policy.

Storage and security

Booking records reside in the services used to process the booking, including Stripe and Google Calendar. Calendar authorization credentials are stored as server-side configuration and are not included in public website code. Availability responses may be cached briefly. Hosting providers may retain operational logs. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

Booking and payment records are retained as needed to provide sessions, manage payments, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your booking information. Some payment or business records may need to be retained; providers may also retain records under their own policies.

The calendar owner can revoke the integration’s access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops further authorized API access but does not automatically delete previously created calendar events or payment records. Contact the studio to request removal of booking events or stored authorization credentials. The separate calendar availability feed can be disconnected by the studio owner.
